Fostering is one of the impactful ways you can support our rescue. By opening your home to a cat or kitten in need, you give them the chance to heal, grow, and thrive in a safe and loving environment.

We specialize in rescuing and rehabilitating cats and kittens who need extra care—whether they’re underage bottle babies, injured or recovering from surgery, feral or semi-feral, or nursing mothers with litters. These animals often require time, patience, and a calm environment that simply can’t be replicated in a shelter setting.

Fostering helps with socialization, reduces stress, and prepares our cats for successful adoption into their forever homes. It’s also incredibly rewarding—watching a scared or sick cat blossom under your care is an experience like no other.

Clean and Feed
Join a team of 4-6 dedicated volunteers (minimum one shift a week) to ensure proper care of our cats and facility. Shifts are twice daily.
Mornings from 8-10 am
Afternoons 4-6 pm
C&F volunteers should be at least age 18 and willing to commit to at least 6 months.

Socializer Club
Are you between the ages of 12-17 and want to give a cat the best chance to find a forever family? We meet from 1:00 to 2:30 to observe, play, cuddle & sometimes even read to the resident kitties. As a non-profit your hours will be tracked and can be used towards high school and Bright Futures programs.
